Henry Mallard has been to many places in the world and has strong opinions about them all. |

| If you have
enjoyed (or not enjoyed) a recreational activity on Chincoteague or
Assateague in the last year, you are invited to post your opinion here.
Of course, your opinion will not count as much as Henry Mallard's, but
go ahead and post it anyway.
Henry will post your opinion in a couple of days below. Please be honest, but polite. |

| Opinion: | There is nothing like paddling around Chincoteague & Assateague in a kayak. You can explore Assateague, wind through the marshes at high tide and get up close and personal (no approaching, please) with the ponies. The nice guys at Oyster Bay Outfitters rent good equipment at reasonable prices, and will also give you good advice about where to paddle. | ||

| Opinion: | Hey Henry, don't forget crabbing! You can crab from just about any place there's water on Chincoteague. I tie a piece of old chicken to a string and drop it in the water. When a crab latches on, I pull him up to just below the surface and net him. You can sometimes get old chicken parts especially for crabbing at the island supermarkets. | ||
